RETURN POLICY

Initiate the return process by submitting a request through our Contact Us page. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, your item must meet certain criteria to qualify for a return.  It should be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

LOST / DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you encounter any problems with damaged products, contact us promptly for resolution. Refusing a shipment without it returning to our warehouse may hinder our ability to issue a refund.
We are not responsible for incidents occurring after a package leaves the fulfillment center, such as Lost, Stolen, Mis-Routed, or Undelivered shipments, or items seized by Customs. However, we are available to assist, and filing a claim with the carrier can often resolve such issues.

EXCHANGES

For a swift exchange process, return the item you have, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • How can I track my shipment?

Keep an eye out for a shipping email, and follow the tracking details for real-time updates on your package. All packages destined for a PO Box must be shipped through the post office.

Absolutely! Our services cater to customers in the United States and around the world.

  • How much does shipping cost?

U.S. shipping is free. For international shipments, the cost is determined by weight and location.

  • How long does it take to ship?

Once you place an order, we typically process it within 1-2 days and ship it out promptly.

  • Can I return the product I ordered?

If you’re not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you can return all unopened product.

  • Do you charge Duties/ VAT fees?

We don’t apply extra fees or taxes, but it’s advisable to verify local laws for any potential taxes or additional clearance requirements. Please note that we are not accountable for any products held in customs. If you are unable to clear a shipment, your country of residence may deem it abandoned or impose return fees.
